How to use mind maps for free in Obsidian

1. Download https://obsidian.md/
2. Click on Settings in left bottom corner.
3. Click on Community plugins > Browse and type markmind and Install.

That is it.

Do you want special features? Here it gets tricky.

1. It is free, however https://www.markmind.net/ you can buy some special features like showing PDFs and annotations for 12 USD a lifetime. I did it and it is helpful if you mostly work with documents. You will get activation code.
2. Download latest pdfjs and add it to your obsidian folder.
3. Put in activation code
